Terms of Service
Whether you read the following terms of service or not, they are automatically accepted when you place an order with Freshconnect Panel.
First Entity: You must wait until an order has been completed before placing another order at the same address.
Second Entity: Although the maintenance period is uncertain, there is no certainty that bot follower operations will go as planned.
Third Entity: Your money will be reimbursed if any portion of your order is completed or canceled (apart from Item 2). Please try again, or place your order with a different service.
Fourth Entity: The system will produce an error and burn your balance if you try to place another order on the same link while yours is still being processed.
Fifth Entity: New followers may even be removed the next day. The system will execute your order and keep the transaction charge if you place an order when your profile is private.
Sixth Entity: Although it is unclear when social media will update, the times listed in the service descriptions are the closest estimates we have provided. Our panel never guarantees timing.
Seventh Entity: Do not change or disguise their IDs or shoot from another location before the order is finished after you have placed your order, account, shipping, etc. Do not enter the transaction from another location if it is erroneous or complete without sending until you have heard from us!
Eighth Entity: It is prohibited to withdraw members to accounts that are +18, adult, for coupon sales, or for unlawful gambling.
Ninth Entity: The data in the service descriptions may not be current, but they are still legitimate under the terms of the contract because we cannot predict the data that each service will reflect instantly. The warranty and start timings are also not genuine.
Tenth Entity: Anyone who registers with our system and places an order does so voluntarily and without the ability to object or assert any rights.
Service
Fresh Connect will only be used to increase your "Appearance" and promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media account.
We only promise that you will receive the followers you paid for; we cannot promise that your new followers will engage with you.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot promise that all of our accounts will have a profile photo, a complete bio, and posted images.
You won't post any explicit content or other materials that are inappropriate for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media community on the Fresh Connect website.
Refunds would not be given to private accounts! Before placing an order, please verify that your account is public.
TERMS OF SERVICE & POLICIES FOR FRESHCONNECTPANEL LTD PAYPAL SERVICES

By accessing or using the PayPal Account Creation and Support services (“the Service”) provided by FreshConnectPanel (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to all terms outlined in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

You are fully responsible for how the created account is used after delivery.
We are not liable for misuse, fraudulent activity, or any PayPal-imposed restrictions.
4. No Involvement in User Activity
FreshConnectPanel does not participate in, nor monitor, any activity conducted via the PayPal accounts we create. We reserve the right to refuse service or report suspicious activity.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
I. Account restrictions, suspensions, or closures.
II. Loss of funds or business due to PayPal’s internal decisions.
III. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the account by the customer.
Use of our services is at your own risk.
6. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds After Service Delivery
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once:
I. A PayPal account is created
II. Service delivery has begun
III. This applies even if PayPal later restricts or suspends the account.
IV. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the outcome once the service is rendered.
b. Refunds for Failed Services
You may request a refund only if:
I. The service was not delivered due to a confirmed issue on our part
II. The service was not started and remains undelivered
III. Requests must be made within 96 hours of the issue.
c. No Refunds for Violations or Misuse
If your actions violate PayPal’s rules or laws, and your account is affected, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.
d. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing chargebacks without contacting us first is a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to deny future services or take legal action.

By using any of our services, including PayPal, Wise, and Wells Fargo account creation or support services, you (“the customer,” “user,” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by this policy in full.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered by FreshConnectPanel, including but not limited to:
PayPal account creation and issue resolution
Wise (formerly TransferWise) account creation and support
Wells Fargo account creation and related assistance
All services are provided strictly as assistance and facilitation services only.
2. No Affiliation Disclaimer
FreshConnectPanel is NOT affiliated, associated, endorsed, or partnered with:
PayPal
Wise
Wells Fargo
Any bank, payment processor, or financial institution
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older
You are legally eligible to operate financial accounts in the requested country
You understand and accept the laws governing financial services in that jurisdiction
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
4. Customer Responsibility
You agree that:
All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and lawful
You are solely responsible for how any account is used after delivery
You will comply with:
PayPal policies
Wise policies
Wells Fargo policies
All local and international financial laws
Once an account is delivered, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. No Control Over Financial Institutions
FreshConnectPanel has no control over:
Account approvals or rejections
Verification outcomes
Reviews, audits, restrictions, freezes, or closures
Decisions made by PayPal, Wise, or Wells Fargo
These institutions operate independently and retain full authority over their platforms.
6. No Guarantee of Account Longevity
We make NO guarantees regarding:
Permanent account availability
Account verification success
Future restrictions, suspensions, or closures
Availability or safety of funds within the account
Use of all accounts is at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use our services for any illegal or unethical activity, including but not limited to:
Fraud or impersonation
Money laundering
Terrorist financing
Scams, phishing, or chargeback abuse
Use of false, stolen, or misleading information
Violation of this section results in immediate service termination with no refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
FreshConnectPanel shall NOT be liable for:
Loss of funds
Account limitations, freezes, or closures
Business losses or transaction failures
Legal actions or penalties imposed on the customer
Third-party platform decisions
All services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
9. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds After Service Initiation
Due to the sensitive nature of financial services:
All payments are final
No refunds once service has started or been delivered
b. Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
The service was not started
The failure was caused solely by our internal error
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
c. No Refunds for Account Issues
No refunds will be issued for:
Account closures or restrictions
Verification failures
Policy violations
Customer-provided false or incomplete information
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is considered a breach of this agreement.
We reserve the right to:
Ban future access
Submit evidence to payment processors
Pursue legal remedies where necessary
11. Privacy & Data Handling
Customer data is collected strictly for service delivery
Sensitive information is handled confidentially
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data
Customers acknowledge that PayPal, Wise, and Wells Fargo apply their own privacy and compliance policies, beyond our control.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshConnectPanel, its owners, staff, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
Your use or misuse of our services
Violations of laws or platform policies
Third-party disputes
13. Service Refusal & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service
Suspend or terminate ongoing services
Cease communication in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
No refunds apply in such cases.
14. Policy Modifications
FreshConnectPanel may update this Master Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
